Lovely Tulsi Tea, organic

Description

Tulsi, also known as Tulasi or "Holy Basil", is an Ayurvedic medicinal plant that is also highly revered. Since ancient times it has been used in India for its excellent medicinal properties. According to Ayurvedic teachings, Tulsi is said to provide balance, inner clarity, and harmony.

Also, Tulsi strengthens the immune system and reduces stress. Tulsi is rich in antioxidants and is caffeine-free. In fact, Ayurveda recommends Tulsi as an elixir of life and advises daily intake.

Application

Preparation: Boil water, add a quarter teaspoon of organic Tulsi tea and leave to brew for 5-10 minutes.
